Filter Fabrics for separation process

Filter Fabrics are the media for separation process in the production plants. Filtration cloth is a soft delicate, and various colored cloth which is implemented in the plant for filtering. These are divided in the two categories. Woven and non woven.

1- Non Woven: - Non Wove Filter fabrics are made as sheet or web structure. Filter fabrics of this type of cloth are glued collectively by mechanically, thermally or chemically. These are flat, porous and as in the form of sheet. Non woven Filter fabrics are of short life, single-use textile or a very durable fabric. Non woven Filter fabrics provide special performance for example absorbent, liquid repellent, resilient, stretch, softness ,strength, frame retardant, washable, cushioning, filtering ,bacterial barrier and sterility. These functions are often combined to create fabric acceptable for certain jobs, during achieving a good balance between product use-life and its cost. They can be identical as woven fabric in its pattern and strength and can be bulky as the thickest padding. They present a large range of solutions of various qualities in combination with other materials. They are used alone or as component of apparel goods, home furnishing goods, health care products, engineering goods, industrial products and consumer goods.

Usage of Non Woven Fabric:-

1- Non woven fabric may be utilized as disposable diapers.
2-It may be applied as sanitary napkins and tampons.
3-It is usually implemented as sterile wraps, caps, gowns, masks and drappings
4- Non woven fabric is used in medical field. For example surgical gowns, surgical equipments etc.
5-It can be used as household and personal wipes.
6- Non woven fabric is usually applied as laundry aids for example fabric dryer-sheet
7-It is usually applied as apparel interlining.
8-It may be utilized as carpeting and upholstery fabrics, padding and backing.
9- Non woven fabric is usually utilized as wall covering in building construction.
10-Non woven fabric can be employed as agricultural covering and seed strips.
11-It is usually utilized as automotive headliner and upholstery filters.
12-It is usually utilized as envelopes.
13-It is usually implemented as tags, labels, insulation etc.
14-It could be used as house wraps and roofing solutions.
15-It can be applied as civil engineering material as a geotextile.

Woven Fabrics:-
Woven filtration medium is used as a purification element in pressure filter kit. Filter fabrics of these kinds are useful in filtering solid from liquid fed into the filtration gadget. Filter fabrics of this variety are woven in a pattern and components that present desired capability to catch solids in the slurry and permit the fluid to flow through. The fibers used in the textile are selected according to their capability to resist deterioration from the chemical, heat or abrasive characteristic of the slurry.

Usages of Woven Fabrics:-

10-It is applied to produce filaments.
11-It is implemented to make ETP panel filter.
12-It is used to manufacture Electroplating bag.
